Retirement Plans

401k

A 401(k) plan is a qualified employer-sponsored retirement plan that eligible employees may make salary-deferral contributions to on a pretax basis. Employers can make matching or non-elective contributions to the plan on behalf of employees including profit-sharing.

Deferred Compensation

Deferred compensation is an arrangement for highly valued employees in which a portion of an employee's income is paid out at a later date after which the income was earned. Examples of deferred compensation include pensions, retirement plans, and employee stock options

SIMPLE Plans

A SIMPLE IRA plan provides small employers with a simplified method to contribute toward their employees' and their own retirement savings. Employees may choose to make salary reduction contributions and the employer is required to make either matching or non-elective contributions.
